Our founder learned the art of building craftsmanship growing up and working in a Pennsylvania Quaker/Memonite community in Eastern Pennsylvania. While achieving a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with Finance and doing Graduate work in Government Policy at Harvard University he never lost the love of building jointly operating a construction company in Boston Massachusetts.  Graduate work and internships focused on government policy and community gentrification/historic preservation work including Greater Holyoke, Inc. in Holyoke Massachusetts.

During a successful career leading Software and Hardware Companies in the Bay Area he continued developing properties and communities in the Palo Alto and Los Altos Hills area including a luxury Vineyard Estate and $80M community gentrification project.  The project included working with City, County, State and Federal Government agencies the bring sewer to a community of ~20 homes resulting in a near immediate property appreciation of all home owners of ~30% and contributing to the 8-year appreciation for over ~100 percent per property.

 

Apeak brings the knowledge attained, and quality craftsmen, acquired over the past 40 years together with the financial acumen acquired while driving technology start-ups to up to ~.5B per year in annual sales revenue while also adding additional knowledge of Vastu and Fung Shui achieved through years in India, China and over 60 other countries travelled.
