Partner Program

We at Apeak have developed programs especially designed for the unique needs of our developer, home owner association, multi-unit dwelling, broker and real estate agent partners.  

Programs are tailored for each of our partners given their unique business needs, limitations, and objectives.  Some programs include:

Up-time Improvement: Time to rental and time to listing expedited services. We have crews working up to a 20-hour clock to get your project completed and ready to generate revenue or post to market.

 

Retained services: Partners may also enjoy retained volume services for service and repair. These services are constructed for larger volume residential/business rental units where a reasonably high turnover is experienced and maintaining a consistent level of show ability and occupancy is required. Retained services provide multi-unit dwelling customers the advantage of a dependable and steady cash flow availing ease of future expansion financing and loan attainment.

Financing: We offer services to be performed in a timely manner and only experience billing at the close of escrow, near term financing, and credit card services.  Credit programs are contingent on end-customer credit worthiness, outstanding property liens/encomprendses and other factors but in most cases we can help insure your time to market and achieving maximum value for your homeowner’s property sale.

 

Listing Services/Market Transformations:  Trained eye of an experienced broker/realtor/developer will immediately see what is needed to maximize the value of a property once toured.  Given our experience as developers and contractors we provide our partners end-to-end quote services for property readiness-for-market transformations. These programs are created to insure you don’t miss the market window dealing with a multitude of contractors busy schedules and spend valuable field time scheduling appointments and supervising the workmanship of unrelated trades.

Listing/market transformation services often include but are not limmitted to:

Interior/exterior general beautification

Adding additional bath(s), updating stale tile or fixtures

Reasonable kitchen cosmetic updates & appliance replacement

Hardwood floor refinishing & installation

Exterior Paint & Power Wash

Molding trim addition, repair, replacement

Bonus room additions/transformations: adding a closet, area heating, window etc.

Plumbing: Sewer and drain services, fixture replacement etc.

Light electrical: accent lighting, addition receptacles, switch and replacement

Deck, patio, drive repair or replacement
